1. Consultation & Assessment

We start by understanding your objectives. Whether you want to start a school, a temple trust, or a charitable foundation, we assess the best legal structure for you (Trust vs. Society vs. Section 8 Company).

2. Documentation & Drafting

Our legal team drafts the Trust Deed, Memorandum of Association (MOA), and Rules & Regulations. We collect necessary KYC documents from trustees and prepare the final application file.

3. Submission & Follow-up

We submit the file to the Charity Commissioner's office or Registrar of Companies. We handle all queries, hearings, and modifications requested by the authorities during the scrutiny process.

4. Registration & Handover

Once approved, we obtain the Registration Certificate. We also assist with applying for PAN, TAN, and initial bank account opening resolutions.
